Dear BBBR Resistance Fighters:

I am writing to ask for your urgent consideration as regards the activism alert from People's Bark News Daily of Berkeley, California, which follows my e-signature below.

I believe this to be a worthy cause, and would be grateful to any and all of you who can act on this matter -- and act decisively and QUICKLY.

Vincent Bugliosi, as reported by Buzzflash.com (see below), and as evidenced by his absence from traditional media outlets to which authors turn when touring in support of their recent publications (including authors of controversial books, such as "The Bell Curve" - RIGHTWING, and "The Surrendered Wife" - ALSO RIGHTWING), is being utterly cut off from reaching the American people, by media "professionals" who refuse to book him on their programs.

This is incredibly serious.

Mr. Bugliosi is perhaps the most famous living prosecutor in America, and not at all a partisan operative, and yet his indictment of The Extreme Court's Filthy Five is suffering from an almost total media blackout.

As you know, Mr. Bugliosi was named a BBBR Resistance Hero on May 3, 2001, and lent his support to The VoterWest March by offering autographed copies of "The Betrayal of America" as a donation premium.

We in the resistance movement owe him a debt of gratitude, not only for writing "None Dare Call It Treason" (see below), but for bringing the expanded and amended version of that scathing indictment quickly to print, and in paperback -- an affordable medium that he chose most likely at a high personal financial cost.

Your quick action on this matter is needed for another reason. The media blackout of Vincent Bugliosi is a dangerous precedent, and is being set at just the wrong time.

Just as Mr. Bugliosi is America's most famous living prosecutor, Alan Dershowitz is America's most famous living defense attorney. Mr. Dershowitz' book on coup2k, "Supreme Injustice" is set for publication and release THIS MONTH. If the media can get away with blocking Mr. Bugliosi's access to the American people, then they can get away with blocking Mr. Dershowitz' as well.

This is the thing that we must, if at all possible, work to prevent.

And so, I ask for your urgently needed help in contacting the media and demanding that they give Mr. Bugliosi an audience with the American people -- the crime victims for which his important book was written.
